After more than 35 years in their beloved lakeside home, our clients were ready for a fresh chapter.

We infused the interiors with a light and bright aesthetic, beginning in the living room with an updated classic fireplace that instantly set a fresh tone. In the dining room, grasscloth wallpaper and elegant wainscoting added texture and charm, creating that signature LTD touch of timeless elegance.

The transformation continued into the bathrooms, where dated carpet gave way to easy-to-clean tile, warm white oak cabinetry, a custom vanity, and a tall storage tower for their linens and towels. In the toilet room, hand-painted art and wallpaper layered in personality, while a vintage rug, brass fixtures, and a hand-blown glass chandelier struck the perfect balance of classic and modern. The serene focal point is a freestanding tub overlooking the lake, offering the couple a tranquil retreat to unwind and soak in the view.
