Connected to us through the previous homeowners, the Ericksons entrusted us to design a home that could better serve their busy, growing family. The Second Time’s a Charm project was all about maximizing space while creating warmth, comfort, and functionality.

We reimagined the layout to include a custom bar that serves as a hub for hosting, storage, and casual seating—perfect for gatherings with friends and family. The heart of the transformation, however, was designing a serene office sanctuary for a mom balancing three young children and a demanding work-from-home schedule. This space was crafted to be both highly functional and visually beautiful, offering a calming retreat while also providing a polished backdrop for professional Zoom calls.

The result is a home that feels purposeful, welcoming, and perfectly attuned to the needs of a modern family.
